Welcome to our self-catering holiday apartments
"Willkommen" to our holiday rentals in the heart of ancient downtown Konstanz. Enjoy your stay in the medieval part of Konstanz. All apartments are within easy walking distance to the station, the harbour, the lakeside and other points of interest.
We offer three apartments:
Konradigasse 33
is a 3-room apartment (70 sqm) with two bedrooms, living-room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave-oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker), bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony with a view of the river Rhine.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a historic building (approx. 600 years old). One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. The living room (the "Gothic Room") showing original craftsmanship from centuries ago offers a cosy sofa, which can be easily converted into two single beds. The apartment sleeps a maximum of five persons.

Rheingasse 15
is a 2-room apartment (50 sqm) with one bedroom, living-room with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher and coffee maker) and bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a medieval building (approx. 700 years old). The bedroom has a double bed. The living room offers a cosy sofa, which can be easily converted into a single bed. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 3 adult persons or a family with two children.

Brückengasse 1A
is a single-room apartment (28 sqm) with double bed (160 x 200), sofa, cooking facilities, private bathroom and a grand terrace overlooking the roofs of old town of Konstanz.
The apartment is situated in the third floor of a medieval building (from the 13th century). The building provides an elevator and washing facilities. The sofa can be easily converted into a single bed. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 persons.

General Information
High season: 29. March - 03. October, school holidays, Carnival, long week-ends
Low season: Rest
Feel free to ask for discount prices for a long-term stay. Payment: a 15% deposit within 14 days of booking, the rest 14 days before arrival. Prices include bed linen, towels, hot and cold water, heating, electicity, wireless internet access (only Konradigasse 33 and Brückengasse 1A on request). Additional laundry service 10€/pers. Inside the apartments we kindly ask you not to smoke.
